Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Rue Madame tags and designer labels remain attached and in perfect condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Processing & Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
